Scott Adkins - Becoming Boyka - Undisputed 3




I signed up for kick boxing as my cca to do those exact thing. But what ive got are,
-doing jumping jet for 5 mins as a warm up,
-some kicking and punching then we'll be given like 20/30 mins to do whatever we want which will end up with us just sitting on the floor looking at the seniors and sifu doing their own stuff,
-followed by another 30 mins of wing chun practices then yet another 20/30 mins of doing nothing on our own,
-before ending the session with physical training which i don't really take it seriously.

Where's the punching bag? Gym workout(i usually had to do my own workout every wednesday)? Sparring(although i don't think i would participate if there is)?

Hmm... What to do right? Im only paying like just $10 each month for it. So i can't really expect anything much from it. So far i've missed 3 weeks straight of training. Hopefully the rest of my friend would go this week cause i admit, without them i won't even bother coming down as it's already boring and with them not being around, it's really a waste of time.
